  Bill has a BBA in Education and an MBA in Marketing. His previous work experiences include: Senior Vice President of Marketing at Advantage Bank, Dean of Business at Houston Community College and Gateway Technical College, Training Director and Product Development at CUNA Mutual Insurance Group and member of a Product Management Team at Ford Motor Credit Company.
• Debbie Strong-Joles
  Debbie has a BS in Education and a MS in Training and Development. Her previous work experiences include Vice President of Retail Branches and Training at Advantage Bank, Corporate Director of Training at H.C. Pranges Department Store, Management Consultant at Gateway Technical College and Regional Director of Retail Sales at Northwest Fabrics.
